Hi, I'm Polly - the proud founder of Glow & Co. & the business of Brows & Beauty here in Wallingford!

I've been passionate about the Hair and Beauty industry since I left school, with over 19 years of hands-on experience helping people feel their most confident and beautiful.

Opening my own salon was always a dream, and in creating Glow & Co., I wanted to build more than just a salon - I wanted to create a welcoming space where both clients and beauty professionals could feel truly at home.

I'm also a wife and mum to two amazing children, and I feel so lucky to live and work right here in Wallingford - a town I absolutely love and am proud to be a part of.

I'm Ana, founder of Bella's Lashes. I have been offering eyelash extensions for 5 years & absolutely love providing my clients with their own unique styled eyelashes. When you love what you do it doesn't feel like work.

Hi I'm Kimberley. With 18 years in the beauty industry, my journey started in luxury spas where I spent over a decade perfecting my craft. 6 years ago, I stepped out on my own - and never looked back. I've built a salon space designed around real people, real results and real connection. Everything I do is about creating treatments and experiences that truly suit you. Creating massages and facials that are bespoke to you.

I'm Sarah mum of 2. I love giving my clients the confidence they deserve in their own skin to enhance their natural beauty. Doing what I love daily is amazing and this is why created POSED by Sarah Leanne.

My name is Victoria, I am originally from Spain but I have been tattooing in England for the last few years. Specialising in fine line & black & grey tattoos. I love being able to create new larger pieces full of detail but I also enjoy doing the delicate fine simple tattoos.

Hi I'm Emily. After studying Beauty Therapy straight from school I fell in love with Nails. I thrive of spending time with my clients chatting & giving them the beautiful nails they love.

Hey, I'm Tasha.

Your local nail tech & proud girl boss, running my own business full-time for the past 5 years.

I'm obsessed with BIAB, French tips, and anything clean, cute and timeless - but i'm always here for your inspo pics & fun nail ideas.

When i'm not in the salon, you'll find me with my daughter, having little mum moments, or sat on the sofa with a bag of crisps.

The best part of my job? The daily girl chats. Catching up on life, having a laugh, and creating a cosy, safe space where you can relax & leave feeling gorgeous.

Hey! My name is Abbie (& this is my dog Rolo in case you were wondering!) I have been a hairdresser for just over 6 years & within that time have worked hard to achieve qualifications with Vidal Sassoon alongside building knowledge in L'Oreal, Wella & Aveda. I couldn't think of anything better than doing what you love for a job - who doesn't like to help make people feel their best?

I pride myself in making my clients feel like my friends, which most of them become before they leave my salon! I look forward to you booking an appointment so we can start that hair & friendship journey together.
